All products meet strict quality standards and are managed under the ISO 9001 quality management system.
All materials comply with environmental and safety certifications including RoHS, REACH, FCC, CE, and have passed SGS testing and certification.
Machine warranty: One year from purchase. Any quality issues within this period will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Consumables warranty: If any quality problems arise or the product fails to meet sublimation quality requirements, we will issue a refund or replacement.
