Traditional sublimation: Usually single-material (pure ceramic, pure aluminum, 100% polyester). Sublimation phone cases: Often use hybrid materials like PC+TPU — PC provides a flat print surface, TPU adds flexible edges for drop protection. This combination is rare in traditional sublimation.

Sublimation Phone Cases vs Other Printing Methods
There are four main printing techniques for custom phone cases: Sublimation, UV , IMD, Screen Printing, and DTF (Direct-to-Film). Each has its own strengths and limitations
